Which panels they fit
It runs to 42, which covers 20-, 24-, 30-, 40- and 42-slot panels; leave the rest blank. A double-pole breaker takes two lines. A tandem breaker holds two circuits in one slot, so write its number with A and B, one on each line.
How to fill it in
Number the breakers first, with tape and a marker, copying the numbers from the panel’s own layout rather than from the old card; its rows often do not sit beside the switch they name. Then turn off one breaker at a time and walk the house to see what went dark, and write it on the schedule as you go. You do not need to remove the panel cover for any of this. Turn off one breaker at a time. If anything looks wrong, stop and call an electrician.
